I'm sorry but I can't manage to run it minimized on try on a startup. I am using Task Schedule on Windows 8.1 and I start a cmd with the following optional arguments: */c start "ZimMini" /min "C:\Program Files (x86)\Zim Desktop Wiki\zim.exe"*
This allows me to open Zim, but it is always maximized.
