Ok, found it. Just creating a shortcut and adding it to the startup folder (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp) with the command* "C:\Program Files (x86)\Zim Desktop Wiki\zim.exe" --plugin trayicon* in it
