Geez, Paul. I can't even get to the temple without breaking traffic laws. If I abided the laws on the Tri-state Tollway--which goes right up to the temple, I'd get run over and killed! Posted speed--55; reality, minimum of 70. I've had people fly past me when I was at 70 and just trying to keep up with traffic. People in Chicago don't like going slow.
If that ever were included, I fear we would not be a recommend carrying church anymore. Attendance would drop. We'd have to close temples due to lack of use!
