I posted a note (subject "RFC: PAS Release Plan") back in November which
is relevant here.  In particular, the 1.1 release line is pretty dead,
and may not have everything which recent PlonePAS needs checked in.  I
did a little more work on the GenericSetup integration of PAS over the
weekend:  most of the plugins except ScriptablePlugin are now minimally
exportable / importable via a profile.  ScriptablePlugin dumps / loads
its contents correctly, but doesn't have support yet for configuring the
list of interfaces.

We could probably cut a 1.2 beta from the trunk right away.  We might
also need to look at:
