As long as it's in the tarball, I'm happy (though I suppose the eggs
need it too).
Any suggestions as to how to get the actual text when building the
tarball?
I can see 3 options:
* svn export
* HTTP GET
* Put it inside the setup.py.
None of them is very appetizing.
