Hi,

Which features are those?
sqlalchemy 0.4 includes better support for postgresql types (in example 
PGArray).
We have some plans on making the two-phase
commit available in the data manager when making compatibility with 0.4.
  
two-phase can be invaluable. In my case, the reason is simple: extended 
support for postgresql types.
