The question is; Should we skip the header in the HTML template or should we skip the header info in the request. The spec says only that we should use a header. This whould mean that we should replace the header in the page and skip the request header. If I remember correct, there is also a (encoding or something) attribute in a ZPT class. This whould be another usecase too. I can't say if this is correct or not right now. Does anybody know?
