No, the 7100 is a Nubus PowerMac. There are no USB cards available for Nubus, and the likelihood of there ever being a USB card for Nubus is approaching nil. USB is not an option.

Networking the two computers is by far the best solution. Other than that, you can use a SCSI ZIP drive, or other removable media.
