It will always require a custom log format, because none of the standard log
formats include the virtual host. However, it's easy to supply the log
format -- you can use the APACHELOGFORMAT command, and so just use the same
argument as in the Apache httpd.conf. In other words -- put it where you
like, and use APACHELOGFORMAT.
