It probably will work, mouse and touch events won't happen simultaneously.
As for touch, you can have multiple finger touches (think iPhone) which can be interpreted differently than anything that can be done with a mouse. Android doesn't (I believe) support "gestures" at this point but may in the future. -John Coryat "What Zip Code?"
