Ok, so:

INTIF="br1"
INTIP=192.168.1.1
INTNM=255.255.255.0

BRIDGE1="eth1 eth2 eth3"

You can't plug in 4 phones, because you will always need an external
interface...

You could plug in 3 phones directly, or 2 phones and then can a switch
off port eth3.
