Thanks Darrick!

There are some good reasons why it is not convenient to do this - mainly 
related to the siting of the kit - there are a lot of boxes and PSUs in a 
very tight space already - I need to save space and reduce temperature.

Actually I didn't realise it would be a hassle - I thought this was what the 
kit was designed to do.
