Reconcile now just forces the update immediately. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to work, but that's how it does work for us. But when she deletes from Outlook she wants it to synch to the Blackberry. Can this be done? Her email reconciliation option was set to delete on handheld but did not create the desired result. Emails removed from Outlook to not get synched back to the device. This is my first request of this kind so I really wasn't sure. thanks Doreen Moller Lead Analyst, Infrastructure - Mobility Schering-Plough Corp 908-473-3627 (Summit) doreen.mol...@spcorp.com<mailto:doreen.mol...@spcorp.com> ********************************************************************* This message and any attachments are solely for the intended recipient.
