Same lights on the OBC --:--UHR and tach, but I have the additional fun of the engine dropping power anytime I get up to what feels like about 2500rpms. I'm guessing it's a charging problem, maybe a bad or failing alternator, maybe a ground and/or at least inmy case an AFM issue. Feedback appreciated. If you have the OBC with extended functions, it has connections to the conductor board on the back of the instrument cluster. -Kevin ---------------------------------------------------------------- This e-mail communication is confidential and is intended only for the individual(s) or entity named above and others who have been specifically authorized to receive it. I try to ignore it. I'm also one to drive with the windows down anytime it's not raining, and that tends to mask whatever noise is coming up from the back. But with my bad rear wheel bearing, I drove home tonight with the windows up to see what I could hear (differently). The rear noise I hear really does sound like it's not on just one side (the whole back end groans). And I noticed tonight that much of it goes away when I turn to the left. Doesn't have to be a terribly sudden or sharp turn either. Any turn to the left. I suppose some of this could be the LR bearing... but is it possible I have a final drive problem too? - Kevin Jay '96 328is, red/tan, 104K, too many mailings from me lately '02 X5 3.0, white/tan, 67K, bone stock ------------------------------ End of [bmwuucdigest] digest(5 messages) **********
