No, the Social War (i.e. the war against the Italian allies ["socii"])
was in the early first century. It ran from 91BC to 87BC, more or less.
This was right around the time of the wars against Mithridates (88-84BC
for the first bout, 81BC for the second) and the various civil
conflicts involving the likes of Sulla, Marius and Cinna. That must've
been a very scary time to have been a Roman.

The Gracchi were later than the Punic Wars but earlier than the Social
War and the various Civil Wars. Tiberius Gracchus was tribune in 133BC
(and was lynched by senators) and his brother Gaius Gracchus in
123-122BC (ending in an abortive attempt to seize power by force).
