Petr Roupec,

There is a need if you like to have a conection from a hospital in
Mexico to a hospital in Germany. Independant. The German Patient is
in Mexico. He can give access to his data in Germany. Than treated
there, coming back and the German family doctor knows what happended
there if the patient give access. Thats only an example of
transcontinental data transfer. For health systems and insurances the
effective costs go down. It can be used as a possibility of billing
transfer or other things.

And the main important. The decition of the data use. All is in the hands
of the patient.
