That was a nice move. SQL-ledger was forwarded several times and it is being accepted by many quite well. I guess we should try to integrate it seamlessly (at least the encounter data and the billable items). Please share us your experiences with SQL-ledger, the plans you made, your implementations, the problems you faced and how you solved them. Please write them down in a semi-formal document and send us a pdf file of it. We will use it as a guide or reference for our integration efforts.
