Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge (MNWR) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex (MWC)
------------

     3/20: AMERICAN BITTERN and COMMON GALLINULE were calling at Marten’s Tract
     3/24: 5 TRUMPETER SWANS were seen from Morgon Road.


Jefferson County
------------

     3/20: BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS were found again at Robert Wehle State Park in 
Henderson. They were seen again on 3/24.


Derby Hill
------------

     1867 Raptors were counted flying over Derby Hill Observatory this week. 
The seasons first OSPREY was seen on 3/20. Other highlights were FOS 
RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET on 3/21 and VESPER SPARROW on 3/21. On 3/25 a FISH CROW 
and a BARRED OWL were heard calling.


Oswego County
------------

     3/22: A FISH CROW was heard at Phillips Point on Oneida Lake, very unusual 
for this location.


Onondaga County
------------

     3/21: The EURASIAN WIGEON previously reported at Three Rivers WMA was last 
reported this day. 
     3/22: A darkly barred SNOWY OWL was seen at Hancock Airport. also seen was 
a NORTHERN SHRIKE.
     3/24: A very white and obviously different SNOWY OWL was seen at Hancock 
Airport.
     3/25: A NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen on the Blue Loop Trail at Green Lakes 
State Park.
