I kept cycling the server, Peter and I had trusted cache turned off. Perhaps it was saving the generated class files. Especially given the fact that when I messed up the ini file to see if it would throw an error and it did not. There’s always the outside possibility that I shouldn’t code after drinking heavily, but that seems like a pretty far stretch.

I hate to ask obvious questions - are you sure you don't have trusted cache or something stuck in your server's cache? Since it didn't throw anything on the onRequestXX() method - it sounds like a cached file is being used.
