That is nor a problem with the PDF or Acrobat. That is a problem with 
your mail reader not interfacing correctly with display software. This is 
usually programmed as a plug-in. You may be missing a plug-in or have a 
out of date plug-in, or your mail reader may not handle plug-ins 
correctly.
