I notice a possible problem in the automated cpan-testing tool chain, perl version and OS identification at http://www.cpantesters.org/ and downstream that leads to bad statistics.
Note on http://www.cpantesters.org/show/Win32-API.html#Win32-API-0.57 : NA 2455040 0 on (darwin-2level) and PASS 2456550 0 on (cygwin-thread-multi-64int) These do not note the perl version so OS as is typical for most reports, i.e.: PASS 2515775 5.10.0 on MSWin32 5.1 (MSWin32-x86-multi-thread) Thanks. p.s. It appears you reject email from google mail. That seem a little extreme. Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 sorry, your envelope sender is in my badmailfrom list (state 14).
