CPAN-Reporter, CPAN-YACSmoke and CPANPLUS-YACSmoke all include the perl -V info, so it has to be something else that's suppressing them. At the moment the parsing tools use the NNTP server as the definitive repository for the reports, and until the new database is in place I can't parse reports directly into the system, bypassing the NNTP server. Regards the reports you included, the last one does included the perl -V info. Was there anything different between the test runs?
