Hi Mike, The problem here is that the original reports that were submitted are missing the 'perl -V' section that is tagged to the end of the report. As a result the automatic parsing tools are unable to determine the exact Perl version and OS settings.
On my TODO list is to review a number of these reports by hand, and update the database entries manually, but not all of them contain enough clues to complete the fields. The solution is for the tester to ensure that the 'perl -V' section is included with the report. I'm a little confused by these reports though, as they were sent with CPAN-Reporter and that definitely includes that information by default, so can only assume the tester or a mail filter is removing it.
