Wan-Teh, why do you think Firefox should specify a preference for ECDSA over RSA?

If a webserver wants to prefer ECDSA over RSA, then it can override the browser-supplied cipher-suite order.
e.g. http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_ssl.html#sslhonorcipherorder
