All names should be lowercase. HP is upper case because there was a
file hp in this directory before.
CVS doesn't allow you to create a directory with the same name as a
previously deleted file. The reason seems to be that in CVS
directories have no version number.

You can move the file hp,v to hp.old,v I suppose. Unfortunately when
you check out an older version it will not build because it does not
find the file hp.
