Hi Claude,

That's an interesting idea; honestly, I wasn't thinking of containers.
Evacuee centers like the Astrodome and Otis are being set up for the
long haul - six months or more. The Red Cross plan for Otis is taking
into account the need to set up schools and other institutions on-site.
They may have the physical space to set up a CTC; frankly, they probably
have the bandwidth, since it is a military installation. What I don't
know is if the military will let the evacuees utilize this bandwidth. If
they do, they will still probably need some, if not many, hardware
donations, not to mention volunteers to launch it and keep it running -
until perhaps evacuees can be trained to manage the center themselves.

Just some initial thoughts....
