Thanks for the info!

I meant to say earlier that I routinely get DQSD script errors with
Firefox whenever it shows some update UI instead of the actual browser
(new FF version available, ready to install, etc.)

Maybe something in those add-ons causes FF to return an error code to
the launcher of the process?
