Fran, Thank you. I initially thought that also, but checked and I was in FM mode for both radios when I heard the buzzing sound and could talk over the buzz and actually hear myself on FM in the other radio.
When both radios were in DV mode, the call sign and message from the buzzing radio did not show on the other radio on 2 meters, but was fine on 70cm DV mode. 73, Charles WB5EXI > I think your problem is that you are listening to a DV transmission in FM > mode. All you will hear is a buzz. You need to have both radios in the same > mode. > Fran
