Despite my eariier email regarding the K3 Utility issues, all is not well after all.
I now have the dreaded tuning noise (loud) on 6m. It wasn't there this morning when I was operating on 6m before I did the K3 Utility and firmware upgrades. Again I have regressed to the previous firmware version but the noise is stiil there (and on 12m which was there before). I thought that this had all been fixed in the firmware. Does anyone know how to get rid of the noise as 6m is now effectively unusable ? The moral is if it isn't broke don't upgrade.
