I'm running Ubuntu 6.06 + EMC2 on a Commel mini-ITX LV-602B I bought on ebay for 50Eur some time ago:
http://www.commell-sys.com/Product/SBC/LV-602.htm with 256 Mb of RAM and a PIII at 1.1 GHz it works Great! Onboard video works very well and I never got a realtime error with this board.
