I had a wiper arm break the washer nozzles on the GMC, and that was about 17 days IIRC. They seem to have their own version of a reality there. After 2 weeks I went in and asked about it, they couldn't find the order, so I handed them my copy of the order, with the invoice number, they still couldn't find that it had actually been ordered. I left muttering. But I got a phone call the next morning before anything civilized had even put on a coffee pot, telling me it was there.
At that time of the morning I don't even have one eye open simultaineously. But it was an exact duplicate, including the cast iron b**** being corrosion locked on the tapered spindle. I had to give it 3 or 4 good soakings with PB-Blaster before I could pry it loose. Small town, about 9,000 in the whole of Lewis County. Would I trade it for the big 100k+ city? No way in hell.
