Website Format:
Agreed that we're happy with the website format.
Talk Submissions:
Agreed on conference announcement and Call for Papers.
Tutorials:
We decided to have two days of tutorials -- Sunday 28th and Monday
29th June.
Keynotes:
More ideas for keynotes came forward:

Ciarán O'Riordan
Stephen Fry
Michael Palin
Jim Huginin
Charlie Stross
Some of these have been asked, some we're holding off so we don't
disappoint.
Publicity Announcement:
Decided to use Yusdi's design on the programme cover.
No firm decision about poster art.
