One question: Is it possible to serve both, the audio recording and the
video streaming from it? Might in the end be just a Y-cable but this
should be known in advance. Theoretically there is also the possibility
of simply recording audio while streaming on the same computer. Just a
question of the person controlling it to start and stop recordings.

Also for streaming we of course also need volunteers preferably with a
camera and laptop and a line-in. Windows and Mac would both work..

Maybe we can prepare some call for participation on the main list and
the blog and other places early next year.

BTW, how many rooms will there be? And do we do a Barcamp track again? I
would like to :-)
