Sorry, to be clear, the currently known failings of that schedule are:
1) I haven't yet considered talks which introduce sprints.
2) Luke Leighton's talks need to be rearranged (two of them merged, it
sounds like)
Plus John and Zeth's observations. John's is a bit of a biggie, but
we'll work on it.
I didn't discuss with Ivo Timmermans ('Improving client side HTTP') who
he is scheduled against, but I made my best guess at putting him against
things that didn't sound massive.
Other than that, the conditions it *does* fulfil are these:

Hey Laura,
Ohno! I hope you have some nice tea and feel better soon!
I just put together a first pass at the schedule, photographed here:

I assumed that we might have to chat on the phone while looking at it
for anyone to make any sense of it, but John and Zeth appear to have
deciphered enough to already have offered some feedback. (thanks!)
So. We can chat today and try swapping things around to fix the things
they mentioned, and whatever else we spot. Suggestions (or even just
observed shortcomings) very welcome.

Well, news around here is that I managed to get sick. So Jacob is
paddling and I am not. Rats! Now what can I do to help with the
schedule?
