I agree that a good proportion of Django fans will probably not be interested in a competing web framework as they have put so much effort into getting used to Django's unique non-standard features ;)
Apart from the obvious ones that have been pointed out, I think it is not worth bothering too much about guessing which talk is going to be popular. The plenaries have room for everyone. For a normal talk, if a room is full then it is full. The people who have pre-planned to see that talk, will get to the room early. People like me who just wander around in a trance probably won't be bothered and will just graze to the next room. We will get many of the same speakers next year so people get another chance then.
