It is great to see that hard drive manufacturers here at taking an interest in dual boot capabilities and FDE. WinMagic demonstrated multiple boot with Vista / XP/ and Linux at last year's RSA and at this year's RSA Conference /Expo. It is good to see some validation of the demand for Linux and multiple boot capabilities with Samsung demonstrating dual boot in the booth next door.

I saw their demo on a MacBook with Seagate's FDE drive at RSA. I am pretty sure they support Linux as well, but can't guarantee. During the RSA show I was running dual boot D630 on our self-encrypting SSD (Vista and Ubuntu).
