This is a bit mysterious to me, since all of these libraries belong to gnucash, and should therefore have been built at the same time.
Perhaps try fink -l rebuild gnucash2 ; fink reinstall gnucash2 from the terminal to see if that will sort things out. I don't think you can set the compatibility version after a library is already built, unfortunately. And if you still have a problem, using the -l option captures a log file to help in debugging what's going on.
