Is it correct that I just need to have AIR 3.5 on my systems path to 
compile with that version of the AIR SDK?

Marvin, you might approach JetBrains to take over/purchase the project or 
something... they seem quite interested in the integration of IntelliJ with 
Maven/Flexmojos...
