Hafedh:

I recommend having your system upgraded to version 6.1.2 (release update).
I have recently observed a similar issue at another site.
Installing 6.1.2 fixed the problem at that site.
After the upgrade verify that your CP40 style "A" processor is at EPROM ver.
1.20 (check in Sys Mgmt) and the software version (check in the SELECT page,
station block) should be V2K_01.
Keep in mind, the release update it self only takes about 10 minutes + a
reboot of the AW, however the Compliance media CD, which must be installed
prior to the release update takes about 1.5 hours on an AW51B box, and about
20 minutes max on an AW51E box.
Also, all CP's will require a reboot.
More information (release notes) may be found on the Foxboro CSC web.
I recommend a review of the "Problems resolved in 6.1.2" section.
