You get upgrades and updates so long as you subscribe. There's tech support by phone, chat, or email, for what it's worth.
Multi-channel publishing to HTML5 etc. is via a subset of RoboHelp features, similar to the way publishing to PDF is a subset of Acrobat Pro features.
