I don't have an answer for you, because I've never worked with printhouses
or FM's printer capabilities. However, both Bob Niland and Matt Sullivan
hang out on the Adobe FrameMaker community, and they do have experience
with both. I suggest you post your question there and @ them to get their
attention.
