Hi, I want to use freesurfer for brain volume calc. and I have a problem at the very beginning. The Create Surface process seems to work, but when I click the SURFACE button, an empty window or a window filled with strange brown planes appears. I use the mcgill-simulated brain for this procedure. When I inspect the filled wm, the cerebellar and brain stem areas are not erased but white. I tried to set the corpus call. and pons cutting planes but this did not help. But According to the tutorial, even with problems in the segmentation/wm fill process, the displaying of the surface should work. When using bert, everything works o.k.
