In addition to that, PHP5 also has:
 * improved XML support
 * improved OOP support and performance
 * some useful functions one would 'wish' you had while making stuff in PHP4

And simply:
 * to keep up2date with new techniques and developments
 * PHP4 is officially end of life and no longer being developed, only critical 
security fixes up to 08/2008
 * after 08/2008 PHP4 won't even receive security fixes anymore, if I read the 
end of life announcement correctly

The main reason would IMO be to prepare for PHP6 which will finally remove some
long deprecated PHP4 features (like the global arrays).
