quickpkg all your crap

emerge -C qt-3
emerge -C your mythtv stuff
emerge qt4 set
emerge current mythtv stuff

it works? congratulation!
it doesn't? just unmerge the new stuff and then emerge the binpkgs quickpkg 
created. Which takes maybe 5 minutes.
