Depends on the vet. A lot of them won't give away
services (such as neutering a gerbil) but they will
work payment plans.
My vet (a block and a half away) would do half
down and two payments in two more months for
a hundred dollar procedure....
Talk to the vet. Perhaps you can offer slave services
(come clean cages and that) in return for discount or
free treatment?
