Sorry, while it's in the NS records for the zone, the whois record also
needs to include the Dyn nameservers. From our howto document:

your registrar, and also by adding the appropriate NS records to your
zone file. You will also need to configure your primary DNS server to
allow zone transfers from the Secondary DNS servers listed below.
