I took Ed's meaning to be that GNHLUG would want to be a volunteer,
not-for-profit organization, distinguished (apparently) from a Limited
Liability Company ("LLC") or a for-profit Corporation ("Inc").
In other words, I got the feeling that if you stop putting extra
letters after "GNHLUG", Ed will be happier. ;-)
