So here is the first draft of the GODI+Cygwin installer on Windows. Not all configurations are actually working, but the default selected one works. You will then find in the startup menu a link for each configurations to: 1) the boostrap.log file 2) to setup.exe from cygwin to install additional packages 3) a link to the terminal/console window of the cygwin+GODI installation
