This link works, and I could download godiwin.exe. It also worked - tested the 4.00 install.

I will now stall my activity on this installer, since that I do no see what I should implement more on it. Of course, I will fixes bugs. @Gerd: would it is possible that you integrate this installer on the GODI homepage?
Sure I can do this.
Principially the only thing you need to do is to adapt some default values (mainly the skylift version), and lauch the generation script. I guess that you can easily integrate it into your GODI bootstrap generation env.
Maybe - I've to check the script first. Another option would be that it simply downloads skylift-latest.tar.gz, and I only redirect this name to the real version on my web server. There is usually no reason to use previous bootstraps than the latest.
