I like that idea a lot. We use docbook to generate most of the toolkit's web
content. We'll have to think through if and where taking on a transition like
that would make sense. Maybe there are some GT pages that are best left to be
generated via docbook and some that could be changed to become wiki pages.
For example, I'm thinking (partially based on the input here) that the install
and quick start might be good candidates to be wiki pages.
